The two-part series of workshops was called Work'N Shop: How to Shop the workforce.The first workshop entitled Work'N'Shop #1 Standing Out  took place on the 28th of January 2021. The 1h30 session was held online on Google Meets.This first event was catered for M1 MPI students who were either looking for an apprenticeship or had to find an internship by the end of their 2nd year. We also invited L3 ACE (Anglais Culture Économique) students from Paris 3 who were also studying business English and had to find an end of year internship.The workshop was animated by Mrs. Nathalie Décarsin, professional coach and learning consultant at ND Coaching and Learning with around 30 years of experience in an international and multicultural environment, and ourselves, Lea, Flora, Dey, and Jessica (all M2 MPI students).This workshop aimed at setting the basics related to the job application process. The speakers shared best practices on resume and cover letter writing, how to prepare for an interview/pitch oneself, and to stand out as a candidate! The session followed the outline below:             Part 1: CVs, how to tackle the processPart 2: Where to send your applicationPart 3: Pitching during a job interviewWe had 17 students who participated in the workshop.
